The training isn't actually that much of an issue, I think that was the first time I've very attempted a run on a fast day tbh. Guess its horses for courses though, if you see and feel it working then why not keep it up? one m in Motherwell Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 That's the thing I've really noticed with it, even though in theory you can eat what you like on the five non-fast days, I genuinely don't want to be stuffing my face with whatever shite I can, i tend to eat a lot healthier generally than i ever have.
