Derek Patterson
Cumbernauld and Airdie was a nightmare on the way home. Had it on the Traffic Scotland site earlier. Looked pretty chaotic from about half 4. Was working down in Chunderbald up until 4 weeks ago and commuted back & forward from Perth each day. Glad I'm back up the road now.

It was scary when you touched the brake the car lost control I nearly crashed twice. There was no communication chord in my car either You would think that the gritters could have prevented this.A neighbouir said that they are thinking of shutting Cumbernauld tonight. Proud To Be A Diamond
Fuckin jealous of you p***ks who've got good snow!!! I wouldn't say I'd like to live in Cumbernauld or Airdrie, infact, f**k that for a carry on. However, I'd like to have the same snow as them nothing wrong with either town

Gnash
At what age are you too old to build a snowman and name it? I'm 29 and I built one tonight. But I didn't name it. I think the limit for naming it is 12.
Tryfield
I'm 29 and I built one tonight. But I didn't name it. I think the limit for naming it is 12. It's actually 11 + 3/4.
Ebanda's Handyman Services
Half an hour late for work tonight because the car just wheel-spun when I was trying to move away!

paul-r-cfc
Im sick of the fucking snow tbh It's just turned into ice prett quickly round here, all over the pavements The fuckin council seem to have used up all the fucking grit BEFORE the snow came and now that it is here they have put f**k all down
Lisa Cuddy
Pavements are looking even worse than earlier, apparently. I hope it thaws overnight, but I don't think I'm going to be lucky.

Thank fcuk im home Jeeze, car shouldn't be that bad on the brakes- it wasn't the worst I've seen. I just used the gears a lot today to stop. Gritters are actually not that brilliant in the snow- they aren't some miracle solution. Not uncommon for a road to be gritted but a heavy snowfall to just sit blanketed on top of grit. Gritters also don't usually get sent out in the rush hour as they just sit in traffic and it is useless.

die hard doonhamer
Empty car parks are great fun in the car Roads aren't. Tried to turn in to my street tonight, the car just continued straight on. My street has a sweeping left corner, which I nearly spun on but recovered. All this at about 10mph
