Looks like all that had to be done was put to tender and then select best offer and they didn't bother.This going via the courts would the updated retail deal be poured over and the true cost of the 3m buy out last year be shown to not be what King suggested it was (or the press announcement really. Not sure if King had said personally).Interesting that the former board member Paul Murray was cited. Not sure if the retail company board was also included.
