Kyle
Interesting that it's Collyer Bristow that doesn't want the administration to end. There must be something in that? Perhaps an avid follower of the early days of this thread? Edited October 31, 2012 by Kyle
Rod
From that Leggo Land blog the strongly anti Rangers National Union of Journalists Has anyone (obviously funnier than I am) thought of doing a pardoy blog of this rubbish? Or is it frowned upon to parody a parody, sort of like a Spinal Tap tribute band for instance?

Perhaps an avid follower of the early days of this thread? If Liquidation occurs would that force Whytes hand re the order he holds over oldco that passed to newco? Are C+B still representing him? wunfellaff
Hodge confirms he's asked the BBC for the recent stuff. BBC refuses for now and he might have to issue court order for transcripts #alvy D&P brief says no indication as to when FTT decision to be issued. #alvy Ouch, I would have thought the beeb would have gaily handed them over, unless it was part of the deal with Whyte to get him to speak?

I think as a point of principle ( ) journalists like to protect their sources until forced to by law. Devlin
Not an obsession? Perhaps not but it does seem to be some people's favourite subject. They even manage to work it into the petition about the daft orc who got 3 months inside for shouting. The petition gives more details about a guy getting community service for possession of kiddy porn than it gives about the case they are supposed to be complaining about. The petition seems to be more about the leniency of community service sentance rather than complaining about the harshness of the 3 months. Maybe you are right and it isn't an obsession. Maybe it's darker than that, maybe it's some kind of weird perversion. Right you are...

wunfellaff
Cara Sulieman @carasulieman We haven't heard from Collyer Bristow yet so not heard detail of their objection. #Rangers Expand 2m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman But they maintain they achieved another "minor objective" of "getting a better return". #Rangers Expand 2m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman D&P say the main purpose of the administration - "to maintain the company as a going concern" - was not achieved. #Rangers Expand 5m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman It's technically two petitions - one to end administration and another to appoint liquidators. Lord Hodge being asked to consider both. Expand 5m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman However, Collyer Bristow, one of the creditors, are opposing the petition. Expand 6m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman The "estate" handed over would include £1.7bn in cash plus "other assets". #Rangers Expand 7m Cara Sulieman @carasulieman Right. Duff & Phelps are applying to end administration and hand over to BDO for liquidation. Edit for £1.7bn , presume it £1.7m......
