Why would I? I'm spot on in the way i worded it. If LSE thought for a minute they were together then they would have to offer to buy everyones shares. If someone ran a public campaign to starve your company of funds, devalue your product , cause the share price to fall and then orchestrate a buyout to take ownership on the cheap .... what would/could you do?
