No requirement for security.

Offer (1) A hugely unpopular figure within the paying customers who is breaking SFA rules and bringing the club into disrepute offering £10M in place of security over an asset that the BOD promised never to grant.

Offer (2) 3 Business men with the clubs best interest at heart, popular with the paying fans without any baggage offering £10M with no security just 2 seats on the board.

Which one do you think is better?

Regardless, Ashley has moved first and hard. This just seems like reactive mewling, even if it is a better offer.

Statement from the Three Bears about to hit PA wires soon

The Three Bears say they are willing to double their £5million loan offer to Rangers if it keeps Ibrox out of Mike Ashley's hands.

The Newcastle United owner has filed documents notifying land register bosses that he plans to take out security on the stadium and Murray Park.

So what security do they want for their "£10m"?

Wait...so it is ok for Ashley to trump the offer from the T3B but not ok for T3B to trump the offer from Ashley..really?

Is that what's happened? I do find it hard to keep up at times. You have to admit Ashley seems to have them dancing to his tune.

Ashley's 10m was the first I'd heard of anyone stumping up what's required for them to last till the end of the season

They gave two statements saying that would not ever give security over Ibrox....they lied.

Now what are you basing your smear on?

"Lied" is one way of describing it "were wrong" is another, more charitable option.

Mind you even if it was their honest intention to avoid that step and genuine belief that they could avoid it their failure would still be worth you getting annoyed over.

Is this on EBay or something ?

Or an episode of Bargain c**t ?

Actually, given that Ashley is more likely to be in a position to keep the thing going, I'm hoping for the board to go with Mummy Daddy and Baby Berr but only ONE board placement.

Watching them scrape around their "wealthy mates" for continual handouts to " get back where they belong  " should keep the mirthometer turning for a while.

Why is it Rangers fans seem to favour King &/or the "3 bears" so much?

Have they actually outlined how they'd run the Club financially if they got control?

King mentioned £50m but wasn't to be raised via the fans?

Didn't densboy claim that they had spent most of their money buying shares?
You make allowances, every support has it's share of imbeciles .. some have a majority share however.
Aye that's the Celtic support for ye....

Newcastle are surely in an infinitely better position on and off the pitch compared to when he took over, no?

I know the Geordies don't like him but their fans are almost as myopic and deranged as Rangers fans, present company excepted of course.
