So, just to sum up the last couple of weeks:

1. Dave King possibly going to jail
2. SFA possibly having all their dirty laundry washed in a courtroom courtesy of Mike Ashley
3. Sevco annual return suggesting administration sooner rather than later
4. Rangers 1872 officially guilty of mass tax fraud and breaches of the registration rules of football
5. Former CEO's of Sevco Charles Green and Craig Whyte also potentially facing lengthy prison sentences
6. Rangers 1872 possibly having up to twelve trophiesstripped
7. Charles Green possibly having all his legal costs paid by a football club that can't afford it

Dignity 8)

These upcoming events are the only time I'd love to be selected for jury duty.

Nobody knows who owns the club, the former owners are about to undergo a criminal trial for fraud, Dave King the subject of serious litigation, the latest ruling from the Court of Session, the fine from the LNS commission unpaid, the club subject of a claim for legal aid from Charles Green etc etc.

http://www.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2433364/rangers-ebt-tax-case-ruled-illegal-as-hmrc-declares-victory

"This latest ruling by three judges at the Court of Session upholds HMRC's position and renders the EBT arrangement illegal."

http://m.accountancyage.com/aa/news/2433486/rangers-tax-case-decision-astonishing-rebus

"The Court of Session in Edinburgh held the corporate entity which formerly housed Rangers, now in liquidation (oldco), had illegally used the scheme between 2001 and 2010 to pay £47.65m to players and staff in tax-free loans."

Accountancy Age? So that's The Diddies taking English lessons from a bunch of bean counters whose only merit was sticking in at their times tables at school.

Still, it's consonant with their plastic pals taking legal lessons from a failed social worker.
