Bairnforever1992
I wonder if Daly,Thomson,McGillivan,McConville (you know the guy that bairnforever put great faith on) and all the rest will have the good grace to apologise or will they just crawl under a stone together as the bigots they are. Bigots aye? Charles Green "Rangers were never a part of the SPL" New club.
Guest Kincardine
Has anyone read the dissenting decision yet? Or indeed, the majority decision? The dissenting judgement makes very interesting reading. I will only read something from Heidi Poon. The other two are fannies.

Bairnforever1992
He of course was entitled to his minority opinion but it is the majority opinion that matters, it was a fair vote, accept it Good luck with your brand new club that is playing in the 3rd division. Rangers liquidated for nothing.

Chris-54Titles-
Good luck with your brand new club that is playing in the 3rd division. Rangers liquidated for nothing. New club nothing silly bollocks, History belongs to the badge not a company number, everyone in the world knows we've got all our history you just have to look at all the papers/news etc from around the world where they call us the 54 times champions, who cares what bigoted c***s in Scotland say? I certainly don't.
No8.
So you're just going to pretend that none of this happened? the berrrzz didn't cheat the berrzzz didn't avoid paying tax the berrrzz have a sectarian signing policy the berrrzz didn't sing sectarian songs at their games the berrrzz didn't riot in 72 or in Manchester the berrrzz didn't go into liquidation Which ones happened and which didn't in your version of reality? One at a time please. You are quite correct we didn't cheat Tax avoidance is perfectly legal...ask the 3 person panel There was no sectarian signing policy...ask Don Kitchenbrand. I am sure sectarian songs have been sung but which club in scotland is not guilty of that charge? You are right again they didn't riot in 72 or Manchester. They fought back against isol;ated police brutality...Ifd 200,000 of us rioted in Manchester i might have noticed...You will have the pictures of this widespread violence and the looted shops...the wrecked bars etc?? We did go into Liquidation and came out the same club under a different company name...bit of a farce if you ask me but that's the way it is...54 titles and still going strong

SS-18 ICBM
and what point of law will they appeal on? I'm not a lawyer, and i'm not interested in speculating upon that. It has no bearing on the fact that HMRC stated this evening that an APPEAL will be forthcoming.
Bearwithme
I'm not a lawyer, and i'm not interested in speculating upon that. It has no bearing on the fact that HMRC stated this evening that an APPEAL will be forthcoming. In the statement I've seen they have said they are considering an appeal. (They have no automatic right to appeal and any appeal must be on a point of law.) Edited November 21, 2012 by Bearwithme
Guest Kincardine
Hence the reason why HMRC are planning to APPEAL just as Rangers would have done had they lost. I love how adding 7 smilies to your post makes you think it becomes a touch more credible. This WAS an appeal and HMRC were handed their arse on a plate - as were many P&B posters. HMRC will not be appealing - and most of you have never been appealing in the first place.

I am just thinking about the 100s of millions that HMRC have screwed out the other clubs in Scottish football...If only they had listened to our very own Asian Porn Star

Chris-54Titles-
HMRC on Rangers tax case "We are disappointed that we have lost this stage of the court process and we are considering an appeal. "The decision was not unanimous and the diligence of HMRC investigators was acknowledged by the whole tribunal. "HMRC is committed to tackling avoidance and it is right that we challenge the type of avoidance seen in this case." Yes, it is not all over yet. The fallout from this will not probably lead to an appeal by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs but will now be examined by the Scottish Premier League, the Scottish Football Association and former employees, directors and players of the club. Considering vs will be Wee Lizzie had a word with them to lose the case.
