And that's with crowds at the same level - in fact higher, on their published figures - than they were getting in the SPL. OK, ticket prices are lower, but enough to make up the operating loss when costs increase as they move on up?

Yep it is certainly astounding. Terrible business from rangers. Look at queens on a fraction of the budget. If u had gave ayr 100 grand in Januarythey would most likely get promoted. It's not hard. Having the 2nd highest budget in the 4th tier is financial suicide. Nothing a title won't do to help that though eh.

What happened to wages being no more that 30% of turnover?

Looks like Rangers need the SPL Rangers need TV money Rangers need Euro football.

Oh dear, surely it's not Fritzl time again?

Remember that share issue wasn't actually for rangers, but rather for a holding/shell/retirement fund company....

Still, ne'er mind, eh? They've been found totally innocent guilty of cheating for a period of years, and had another massive crowd at the weekend* - everything's rosy at ibrox.

*Actually, removing ST numbers, the 44k at the weekend represents a drop of around 50% PATG punters, but hey, who's counting?

The Rangers need Celtic to make progress in Europe so they can get revenue by hiring out Murray Park* to their opponents.

*Still not renamed. Suggest 'Green Acres'

Shockaroony, its ok though chuckles says they'll turn a profit next season with basically the same revenue and no share issue. I smell shite

You must be the only person which didn't think another share offer is in the wings lol.....remember when we all wondered at why part of it was to be for new players when they couldn't sign any, and how much building work has been done?

You can't have a share issue every year. It's ever 4 year or something

Nothing to worry about there. We can always count on the super masons to ride to the rescue if need be.

Loosing a million a month but it's all part of a wider plan?! Hahahaha
