Romeo
The H in KAH is aimed solely at Protestants. Not Rangers supporters but Protestants. ^^^ Loves feeling persecuted.
AberdeenBud
Who gives a toss what a bunch of bigoted sectarian arseholes in the failed statelet call each other? Absolutely nothing to do with Scottish Football.
bennett
I really doubt it's that to be honest. Aberdeen fans were chanting "go home ya ****" at us when they beat us 3-1 last season but at no point did anyone think it was anti-Protestant. What did you think they meant then? Aberdeen fans were chanting "go home ya ****" at us when they beat us 3-1 last season but at no point did anyone think it was anti-Protestant. I remember being at a game at Dens Park in the 1980s and literally thousands of migrating geese flew over head and the whole ground was singing it at them. Nobody was claiming they were Protestant Geese...The fact is the term *** is a sectarian insult.
No8.
Who gives a toss what a bunch of bigoted sectarian arseholes in the failed statelet call each other? Absolutely nothing to do with Scottish Football. Exactly Bud. They are bigots and it has nothing to do with Scottish Football. It is not as if you and your P&D buddies don't have enough insulting new names for us..Sevconians...New Cuntos (my personal favourite)...Orcs etc etc
Apache Don
What did you think they meant then? You can't be serious. Never in my life have I ever had reason to believe that Aberdeen fans were - in the main - non or anti protestant. We do like to hit opposing support with whatever we know winds them up. Calling everyone h--s seems to work.

These days, simply referring to someone as a Rangers fan, should be insult enough IMO.

I think you'll find that supporters of all clubs the length and breadth of Britain get insulting names slung at them week-in-week-out. It's all part of the football supporting way of life and it's not new.

Winding up opposing fans is what fitba is all about, unless it's Rangers fans doing the winding up..... -

williemillersmoustache
No idea, never heard of and can't think of any reasonable guesses as to what KAH stands for. Prepared to be amazed or feel stupid when/if someone tells me. Protestant geese. Guffaw. I never gave an opinion, i just asked why Aberdeen fans would use that word for Kilmarnock fans. Winding up opposing fans is what fitba is all about, unless it's Rangers fans doing the winding up..... Kilmarnock are a repository for wannabe, and has-been rangers and sevco players. Ayrshire has a pretty large dark blue stain across it and, no offence to Kilmarnock fans there is a perception that Killie was their wee team. Not anymore of course.

But to expect all Scottish Football fans to have an intricate knowledge of Norn Iron's sectarian politics and insults is extremely unlikely, IMO. To most people, including many people christened in the CoS, bun = rangers fan, nothing more nothing less.
AberdeenBud
At what point does this become an insult ? I love how they take the original name of their new company as a mortal insult/jibe. It was their savour Sir Charles of Normandy that came up with this name, FFS.
