RedLichtie86
The authorities will do whatever is humanly possible to keep them going in some form or other. They know full well there'd be riots on the streets if Sevco actually ceased to exist. Say it isnt so. Would that mean ARMEGEDDON once again.
Bing (2)
I have missed this somehow...he might have 2 contracts? Something the disgraced IRA lawyer was tweeting the other day. Who knows? Would be juicy though.....

lithgierose
are rangers held financially responsible, for the bill for the parkhead seats getting ripped up last night.can they afford it ?
Stag Nation
1. Do you actually think King doesn't have the cash to purchase Rangers? 2. Do you think it isn't beyond the realms of possibility he would recoup money by owning Rangers? 1. He probably has. The assets only cost £5.5 million last time round., and the whole "club" went for £1 the time before. If he was serious, I'm sure the current shareholders would be happy to accept any reasonable offer. 2. It is indeed "beyond the realms of possibility", if he wants to compete with Celtic and in Europe. If the squillionaires who own Chelsea, Man City, etc. can't make a profit, what hope has the owner of the shambles that is Sevco? Who was the last owner to make any money?
dave.j
“So although some of the money has gone on players’ wages, it is a very small fraction of where the money has gone. “It (the ratio) is maybe 27/ 28%. I think the lowest in the Championship last year was 53 or 54% so that would give you the indication that the players’ budget should be well within the overall turnover and is within the overall turnover. “So, I refute the players taking any stick at all on it, plus the fact that it wasn’t myself who offered the players the contracts.” . So, what is ally inferring here when he says it wasn't him who offered the contracts? That he didn't know what any of his players were being offered? Or that he is without blame because the board never said no to the wages he suggested should be offered?
professor challenger
Reality bites!! Old mate on Mull has had a ST at Greyskull for years. Doesn't attend too many games but buys it out of brand loyalty. Contacted by email to inform that automatic ST renewal was no longer available and that only cash or cheque were suitable payment methods. He does'nt have a cheque book and phoned them up to ask how he could get payment to them. He was told that he would have to visit the the ticket office despite it being a round trip of 280 miles and a return ferry trip. Apparently they were very nice and very apologetic but insisted their hands were tied. For the first time in years he's not renewing. They've managed to lose a customer who was more than willing to pay for their product. Utter madness
dirty dingus
On Sally. His belief that Rangers mk 2 was Rangers mk 1 was probably the death knell of Rangers mk 2. His big signings were from supposed diddy teams in his eyes. By stealing their stars they could pretend they were still the big draw they were before liquidation and lord it over everyone else except Celtic not realising Templeton, Shields, Law, Black, Sandaza and Daly with their super dooper contracts and who gives a monkeys I'm now minted attitude wouldn't cut the mustard.

AberdeenBud
Nice story... Not everyone makes up stories on the internet mate. Far too much detail in that to be a yarn, imo.

Apache Don
Anyone who thinks Dave King is going to invest anything like a significant amount of his own money into Rangers is utterly deluded. Are you seriously suggesting that the majority of The Rangers' support are absolute numptys?
Apache Don
You only post worthwhile shite.... of course he does , are you saying that all those pics from kerryfail street aren't informative ? Those pics are awesome, so well made and they bring so much to the board. This, he is like a wee dug, yapping away in the corner for no apparent reason, everyone basically ignores it with the occasional 'shut the feck up' He'll need to get someone on KDS to explain it for him first..... An Error has occurred, you have posted more than the allowed blocks of quoted text This'll be one of them tag-team thingys in action then? And this is just a sample ffs I had to delete 3
