BobWilliamson
Where am I mistaken? Specifically? At the present time the BBC are banned for persistent biased reporting against Rangers. The footballing authorities conspired against Rangers by going against UEFA instructions and closing a transfer window early. If the footballing authorities were hell bent on keeping the Status Quo then Rangers wouldn't have started again in the 4th tier of Scottish Football.

Insaintee
"We are Rangers, Super Rangers, No one likes us ....and we're going to phone the club about it" Remember when Celtic had the monopoly on tear−stained, bleating fans!? I see they've exclusively outed ex−Celtic player Davie Provan as being Celtic−minded and of course the very few articles they have so far all skew towards "whataboutceltic" at some point. bennett
You can have the effect of a conspiracy when like minded individuals and institutions work, sometimes in concert, to favour a status quo. it. Monkey Tennis
And they don't do this deliberately and aren't aware of it? Of course each party acts deliberately, indeed often sincerely in the belief that they're trying to benefit our game. Any 'conspiracy effect' of those with influence pulling in the same direction, is more inadvertent though.
The_Kincardine
There is a conspiracy of sorts, not a conscious deliberate one Of course each party acts deliberately, Some say you're all over the place here, Monkey. Monkey Tennis
If the footballing authorities were hell bent on keeping the Status Quo then Rangers wouldn't have started again in the 4th tier of Scottish Football. They totally were hell bent on it. You've provided the very best example of the phenomenon. That's what 'Armageddon' was all about. THE KING
So is using the phrase 'Israel in Egypt' to describe the captivity of that group of tribes wrong?Yes moron. there were no group of tribes in Egypt called Israel. And the Pyramids weren't built by Jewish slaves. Monkey Tennis
Some say you're all over the place here, Monkey. I doubt it's deliberate.I'm really not. Each party acts deliberately, but the parties don't deliberately conspire. Is that a difficult idea for you? You've alighted on the word 'conspiracy' and chosen to be silly with it, rather than address what I'm actually saying. I said at the start there was "a sort of conspiracy". Strictly speaking, it's the wrong word, but as I said the effects of the actions of those involved are not unlike those of something more concerted. What I'm saying is so self evidently true, I'm surprised anyone's arguing to be honest. Edited January 19, 2016 by Monkey Tennis

youngsy
at the end of the day, there was none of this paranoid ramblings from njord / wunf back in November when he was hanging on to JJ`s every word. Posts like this and this Showed how sure he was about the events that were about to unfold. Roll on a few months, a succession of dreams dashed and wunf like many of his ilk are back to full blown 'it's a conspiracy' 'the establishment exists' type posts. JJ however is doing ok, he has pocketed their donations and has spun a whole new set of Rangers porn possibilities for the afflicted to believe in / shell out dole money for. This is a whole industry in itself. When there is nothing else the easy thing is to shout about a 'Masonic conspiracy' which goes all the way to the Judiciary of the UK. It's absolute nonsense, however it demonstrates the bigoted outlook against a football club.

Monkey Tennis
At the present time the BBC are banned for persistent biased reporting against Rangers. Yes, but that's bonkers, an act designed to appeal to the dimmest among the club's support. Let's not pretend that it's an action that remotely reflects the reality of the situation.

The_Kincardine
A song and a film isn't historically correct?...eh yes fukwit. So at what point in history can one use the term 'Israel' to describe that nation?
Monkey Tennis
It's not a conspiracy though is it? While I'm very much against a lot of how Scottish football operates it is simply individuals whos job description is to maximise revenues and to do that they are pushing the short term view of having the OF back. Lazy? yes. Incompetent? undoubtedly. Conspiracy? obviously not As I've said, we don't have a conspiracy in the true sense of the word. When people with shared interests act at the same time, sometimes by overlapping however, we can get effects that are not unlike those achieved by a more organised, single movement.
