Hipster Dufus
Our centre backs sex lives (or lack of) is none of our business.
parfecto
Read your last post again Hipster. I certainly had a wee chuckle to myself about it.
Larbert_Par
Craig Dargo of about 10-12 years ago when he was at the Rovers you'd have. Not anymore, though. And will Buchanan actually make a decision on a contract? Defenders are desperately needed though. And good luck to the big keeper who's signed.
parfecto
The Sun's reporting that we will sign stephen jordan this week. Wouldn't normally read too much into what the sun reports but that sounds about right. If that's the case, then that's the left back and keeper sorted. Now that leaves us needing two centre backs, and in my opinion, another striker.
DAFC.
Heard Jordan looked good in his trials. Let's take advice from our good St. Mirren friends from last season: he's played in the EPL, therefore he must be amazing.
Parscelona
If Buchanan hasn't agreed terms by now, we should withdraw his contract offer. He's hardly a major loss anyway.
Rob1885
Dargo will have a coaching role as well. As for centre halfs, we could do worse than Gary Kenneth IMO
Parscelona
Kenneth signed for Bristol Rovers.
Hipster Dufus
I am kinda surprised Jeffries hasn't raided the Hertz again for a centre half. Are none of the Pars' U-20's ready for the step up?
Beachbum
Dargo will have a coaching role as well. As for centre halfs, we could do worse than Gary Kenneth IMO He would have been MILES outside your budget. Welcome to the real world.
Hipster Dufus
Dargo opens the scoring for the Pars against Oakley in tonight's friendly.
Parscelona
Dargo opens the scoring for the Pars against Oakley in tonight's friendly. Surely we can do better than Dargo.
gingapar
considering we're toiling for players, we're geting a bit thick on the ground for coaches are we not?
gingapar
Surely we can do better than Dargo. From Kyle and Buchannan, it looks like we may end up Keeping Barrowman and getting Dargo as the equivalents. Not a total disaster so long as the defence gets sorted out.
parsdaft
So now Potter can't be a coach because he is "past it".......Jesus wept. That's not what I meant. They were two separate points. IMO Potter is past it and to be honest I don't see the need to keep him on as a coach as you'd think we could utilise our money better by bringing in new defenders. Was a very strange signing by Macca in the first place when we won promotion.
Rob1885
He would have been MILES outside your budget. Welcome to the real world. Yet he was trialing for Airdrie, and has signed for a league 2 club. But yeah, whatever.
Poet of the Macabre
Baffled that JJ thinks we need Dargo given his age, plus the fact that we already have Kirk, Barrowman and Wallace edit-nevermind, here it is: Goodfellow, Ross Millen, Jack Bruce, Declan O'Kane, Grant Munro, Kerr Young, Finn Graham, Lewis Spence, Craig Dargo, Allan Smith, Scott Mercer. Jimmy85
I'd have thought if we had any serious intentions of signing Dargo he would have played tomorrow night instead of in a kick about with Oakley tonight.
Poet of the Macabre
Jesus wept and fucking hell. Someone on .net just said they are still spewing about us letting Clarke go   Edited July 31, 2012 by Poet of the Macabre
Rob1885
I doubt Dargo will be better than Calrke but, eh, what exactly did he do in his stint at East End?
