Sons' sorrow

Recommended Posts

Ryan Finnie has played very little first team football (minus his spell with us 3 seasons ago) so don't think he's the answer to replacing McGinn. Don't imagine Rangers would be keen to loan to us now were derby rivals and that.

I think it will be very hard to replace him but I'm hopeful Murray has something up his sleeve. I'm pretty certain I'm not the only one that knew for certain he wouldn't be a Sons player next season so I'm confident Murray has somethin lined up.

Not officially yet but he should be any day according to a few rumours I've heard, think it's mentioned on here too.

Maybe awaiting developments?

I hope Hibs appoint Venus. It'd be a head start for the opposing teams' supporters making up songs with an imaginative, disparaging rhyming couplet or two.

May well be, him and Muzz are obviously close friends and so the manager will probably mean a lot to him.

Interestingly two players in last seasons squad contributed the joint most in an attacking form (combination of goals and assists) Those two players were Kane (obviously) and Nishy! Both were involved in 15 goals last season, interesting trivia for the first pre-season friendly!

Aye, mind you Prunty and Fleming got 12 between them with a lot less opportunity.

Indeed they did, I think it's time that Garry finally got an extended shot up front, last season his finishing was noticeably better and he virtually never has a bad game.
