George Parr
That us playing Alloa two weeks on the spin? Superb Probably draw the cup match as well.
Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Alloa at home is about as much fun as shagging a cheese grater.

Third time in as many years that, that's happened (Cowdenbeath, Rangers) What are the odds on that?!
Dunning1874
I'd love a monster trip up north somewhere against a highland league outfit but I always fear we get one, everyone travels up full of joy and bevy and the opposing team score a last minute shiter meaning we all traipse home embarassed, steamin' and wishing we hadn't invested 50 quid in watching us get beat 250 miles away. Admittedly it was a draw rather than a defeat but we had an absolute embarrassment of a result at Turriff and it was still the best away day ever. Everyone should want a good Highland trip.
Skyline Drifter
Forgot the big teams don't start in this round. Ach well, at least we won't have to witness another dispiriting defeat at Palmerston until the next round! With a bit of luck you'll get to witness one of those within the fortnight!
Jan Vojáček
With a bit of luck you'll get to witness one of those within the fortnight! I'm sure we will. No matter how bad Queens get they'll always hold a curse over us. At least we have won once at Palmerston in my lifetime!
Scottylintonstowel
There is a law which states Dumbarton can only play Alloa or stranraer in cup ties. No doubt if we beat Alloa we will get Stranraer at stair park in the next round.
Nowhereman
I hear that Rangers are looking to have our league game on 14th November moved to Tuesday 1st December
The Moonster
Absolutely laughable. They can ram it.
pleslie99
For what reason? They got a couple under 19s away? What a joke. Hope they get told to shove it and play the game
Bring Back Paddy Flannery
lol. Three under 19's away and they aren't willing to face a team who's full squad earns less than their left back.
The Moonster
Who are the 3? Zelalem and who?
Bring Back Paddy Flannery
Who are the 3? Zelalem and who? The young striker who hasn't kicked a ball for them all season and possibly one of the Spurs loanees?
Jan Vojáček
The young striker who hasn't kicked a ball for them all season and possibly one of the Spurs loanees?Hardie and Aird (Canada) would be my guesses. That would be an absolute pain if they did get it rearranged for December. Going to be very, very tricky to try and wangle time off work for it.

pleslie99
Lol so 1 player from their starting line up? The 2 others have hardly kicked a ball this season. Running scared of the big part timers! Lol what a farce of a club
DumbartonTheSons
What an absolute lol Rangers are. Spot on. Absolutely ridiculous. Embarrassing that they've requested it be moved for the reasons given. Hopefully they're told nae chance and made to play it on the day it's been scheduled for. Doubt it though.

Hopefully they're told nae chance and made to play it on the day it's been scheduled for. Doubt it though. If they have three players called up, and request it, then they will get it. It is a rule, not a hopeful appeal.
