Grim O'Grady
Former James Bond baddie & lead guitarist of the Shadows bespectacled Hank Marvin (75) was Virginnia Wade's (23) tennis coach (& pianos teacher) in the run up to her 1977 Winbledon championship. It was after this event that the British Lawn Tennis Association recommend him to be the GB Olympic team of 1984. Hank had pencilled in Cliff "Peter Pan" Richard (104) for the team but he refused to give a place to the superior tennis player Eddie Large (75) because Large (76) refused to stop calling him "Supersonic", luckily tennis was not part of those Summer Olympics as stated earlier. Syd Little (74) was unavailable for comment because he was too busy (eating black puddin) on his bow tie emporium stall (on Bury market), according to Reuters. Grim O'Grady
Virginia Wade owns 8 pianos and at one point could play four of them simultaneously.Ginny played pianos on the bootleg Sex Pistols LP Spunk but Hank yanked her off the official Nevermind The Bollocks recordings after they rejected his suggested alternative riff for their God Save The Quern track, Ginny & Hank parted company in 1979, they have not spoken since. She was in the audience of his appearance of This Is Your Life but was disguised & was sporting a hipster type beard. Grimbo Eta the Wurzels originally wrote the track God save the quern, it was Rotten who changed it to English. Mr Bairn
Following the various medieval Scottish wars of independence a small area in the east end of Glasgow which now includes Celtic park was never transferred back to Scottish rule due to a technicality. There was an attempt to rectify this error during the 1980s but a bizarre administrative error saw the region declared an exclave of the tiny island of Diego Garcia. As a British overseas territory, UK citizens have the freedom to enter any part of Diego Garcia, thus it is technically illegal for Celtic to charge for tickets to any of their games
pittsburgh phil
As a British overseas territory, UK citizens have the freedom to enter any part of Diego Garcia, thus it is technically illegal for Celtic to charge for tickets to any of their games Due to an ancient bylaw, residents of Guernsey are legally entitled to enter popular 80's/90's actor Andy Garcia, should he set foot on the island. But only on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
Mr Bairn
Similarly, native Andalucians do not require permission to enter golfer Sergio Garcia during weekends in April. This created problems during the final round of a European tour event at Valderrama in 2011

Under the 35 year record amnesty, recently released government and SFA documents show that in return for the UK keeping the Falklands and "guaranteeing" the Celtic Park area's status in the upcoming administration exercise, Ernie Walker instructed the Scottish Team to allow Maradona to score his first International goal. The Scottish defenders stuck by this agreement but the Argentinian government went back on its word and promptly invaded Las Malvinas a few years later. Amazingly, Ernie Walker (a man of honour) stuck by his side of the bargain and insisted that the administrative error should still be made.

Fullerene
When customs officials from Diego Garcia asked Ronny Deila to show them his work visa, he was unable to find it. Kept muttering "I left it in a cup." They have allowed him to stay for now but asked him to leave by the summer.

pittsburgh phil
Great train robber Ronnie Biggs was given compassionate jail leave in 1997 to attend the funeral of internet friend Biggie Smalls. They originally met in a Punjana Tea appreciation chatroom and bonded over a mutual love of BBC's Countryfile and now largely forgotten entertainer Lenny Bennett, before progressing to playing online Scrabble. In over 5 years of daily playing Smalls only lost twice.
Sweaty Morph
Popular P&B poster Grim O'Grady appeared on the very first series of Dragon's Den. Indeed, he was the first ever contestant to receive financial backing, with Duncan Bannatyne offering Grim £50K for a stake in his PetProtect © system; a series of intrinsically linked smoke alarms and heat sensors which, in the event of a fire, opened a host of cat and dog flaps around the perimeter of the house. Unfortunately, instead of investing in his idea, Grim used the money to take his pals on holiday. The rest, as they say, is history.

Fullerene
Her Majesty the Queen, Elizabeth II has no hair below her waistline. This is due to a rare condition which affects all members of the Royal Family. You realise, of course, that some poor civil servant will now have to make discrete enquiries to see if there is any truth to this - and if so - has national security been breached - i.e. what else do you know. "Excuse me, Mam, a small delicate matter I need to discuss with you concerning national security ..."
