This allowed a number of his generals to claim tax relief on their lootings earnings due to a lower tax band in the Southern Hemisphere whilst at the same time allowing children the fun of watching the water drain the "wrong" way around the open sewers in the school playgrounds. The wooden constructed factory that produced it was situated in Ferno, Seattle, USA. Ironically, a week after production started the factory was almost completely destroyed by fire. So far only 6 have been lost in the Forth compared to 15 on the old construction, there is still time though. Ladbrooks have stopped taking bets on it.
