I will be flabbergasted if the BBC even turn his mic on.

NewsNetScotland for this garbage

The Oddschecker site shows that more bets have been taken on Yes than No.

of course that's where the value is for big bets( or wasting your money)if you prefer

And for your drivel? Telegraph or Daily Mail, you'd be right at home.

Bookies will be cleaning up then. Fair enough, hope that there will be a Yes vote, but it's utter stupidity to put any kind of money on it considering there's next to no chance of it happening and the momentum going the other way. Some people really are fuckin thick!

How has the momentum went the other way?

One guy with lots of cash has plunged on NO, the bookie needs to take enough cash on YES to cancel out the £150k liability from that one punter, that's a lot of money to take in on a side who've only led in one poll out of about 70, big punters won't steam in so they need to attract lots of £20, £50's etc to reach that £150k alone.

Many a gambler has went home skint throwing one in to cover the tax as it used to be or just for greed as it is now when you throw the certainty in.

The hammering Salmond took the other night and the general feeling around. A couple people in my office who were undecided turned to No this week.

I must have missed Salmond taking a hammering.

And I've witnessed numerous people jumping from NO/Undecided to YES, that's from Tories and sash wearers not your easy ones.

Not the whole story though.

Would they stand to lose more with a YES vote?

A £10 bet on NO will be less costly to them than a £5 bet on YES?

Naw?

Their aim is to win roughly the same regardless of the result, always has been and always will be, big bookies don't gamble.
