TheScarf
He's a decent player. Should stroll the Championship as he was a key member of us cruising to a top 6 finish in 12-13. Careful he doesn't leave to go to another team next summer who he thinks will get promoted though, although he'll probably get relegated to League 1 with them. Macshimmy
What's you guys thoughts on Tudor Jones? Seems he's coming to us Decent player - but prone to lose his temper and get daft cards - judgement on the whole a bit questionable (goes without saying considering he left ICT for hibs!) Unlucky with injuries at Hibs. He is capable of keeping a lid on it and being a solid and consistent holding midfielder - if his head is in the right place. ICTChris
Decent player - but prone to lose his temper and get daft cards - judgement on the whole a bit questionable (goes without saying considering he left ICT for hibs!) Unlucky with injuries at Hibs. He is capable of keeping a lid on it and being a solid and consistent holding midfielder - if his head is in the right place. I think that's a bit unfair - he's been sent off twice in his career, once when he lost his temper against Killie and then for a bad tackle against ABerdeen. He's very injury prone but in 2012-13 he was a very important player for us. He uses the ball well in midfield, keeps possession and plays simple balls. He's also capable of spreading the play as well. He struck me as a player who needs to be in a groove to do well - he wasn't particulary impressive in his fleeting appearences in 2011-12 when injured or for Hibs but in the season he was a regular he got into the habit of turning out good performances. If he ever scores it'll be a humdinger from 30 yards as well. Sadly for him his lanky frame make him prone to missing periods with injury. OTJ also seems a nice guy, he's funny on Twitter. For the end of season party in 2013 he went out dressed as a tramp, the photos were absolutely hilarious. #bantz #lad
CharlesChristie
ICTChris hits it on the head. Quite injury prone, but if he gets a run of games, he'll be a decent signing. Always enjoyed his interviews for the ICT YouTube channel, speaks well, and seems a pretty intelligent guy. Whether that means he is beneficial to have around younger players, I don't know. Aberdeen would be the obvious team for him, but lets see who else becomes interested?. If we are willing to sell him early it might become an interesting bidding game between a number of clubs. I don't take this forced to sell him nonsense seriously, we are not paupers (not that we are well of, just we are not in a financial mess) and although we won't stand in his way we will not take peanuts for him, we have previous for not accepting a much less than the player is worth and Aberdeen surely won't be the only team interested. Prepare for some very stupid offers for him.
alsy
Poor old Barra Jag is probably slowly rotating from a beam in his garage as we speak. First he's banned from P&B, now Shinnie is preparing to leave ICT. Least surprising news of the year, really. Hope he gets a decent move to England rather than coming back to haunt us, although Aberdeen must be tempting: hometown club, and it looks to have been a good move for Hayes after a slowish start. RossP
He's far too good for Aberdeen... but with his missus being pregnant, it seems the likely location considering his parents still live in the area. I would love to see him ply his trade in England to get into the Scotland squad.

CityDave
Story in Highland News today John Hughes angry with Shinnie's agent Clive Hart for speaking to the press last week, calling him disrespectful to the club and player. John Hughes is blaming the agent for unsettling the player after Clive Hart told the press last week that the player was likely to move on to a fresh challenge at the end of the season when his contract expires. The agent also stated that Aberdeen were interested. John Hughes said '' It was Graeme's agent who was talking to the press last week and I thought he was very disrespectful to the club and everyone concerned with Inverness, including the player himself. it was very disappointing, it was amateur stuff and it just puts undue pressure on Graeme. It was harmful. '' He's been linked with Aberdeen, but Aberdeen are not the only club to have made enquiries about Graeme Shinnie, that's for sure, but we will do all we can to keep Graeme at the club.'' Highland No 1
Well Jonny Hayes is our player of the season so far and Adam Rooney is the leading scorer in Scotland so yes please Don't Aberdeen have a good scouting system in place, as did Dundee United, I'm sure you used to develop your own young players? Or is that too much trouble and time consuming for your club.
Highland No 1
you didn't get adam rooney from inverness champ. stick to talent spotting out in them fields. True, but he did develop into a free scoring player at ICT before he left for Birmingham where he didn't achieve the same heights. He then returned to Scottish football which obviously suits him down to the ground, and he's scoring for fun again.
RiG
Andy Shinnie is very much a player in form for Birmingham now under their new manager. Will see if it lasts though. Anyway, Graeme Shinnie is being linked with Birmingham and Celtic today and Ryan Christie has apparently been watched by John Collins on behalf of Celtic. Meekings and Tansey have stated that they want to sign new deals but nothing has come forward from that. Hopefully the club are getting some new deals on the table pronto.
