The Naitch
A ''keen amateur blacksmith''. Have we gone back to the middle ages?

Sergeant Wilson
I would just go and buy a cake. Who could be bothered with all that hassle?
BallochSonsFan
The ad breaks really disrupt the show. Doubt I'll bother with episode 2
The Naitch
I'm finding the ad breaks pretty jarring as well. Think I'll watch on a delay next week to avoid the ads.
Guest
Watched on delay and thought it was excellent. Prue Leith is far better than Mary Berry
Rugster
Fielding and Tovskig much better than those two arseholes Mel and sue. Much better without them. Non plussed about wrinkly not being in it any more. Improvement overall.
JamieStevenson
Watching it on +1 just now and it's good. But don't the adverts feel a bit abrupt? It's not like a lot of shows where it feels like there should be a natural break off point before the ads start. It just randomly cuts off.
The Minertaur
Felt it was a great opening episode. Adverts didnt bother me at all - just went and put the kettle on etc. Fielding was great and felt Tovskig was betted than I expected. All in all it was better than expected and I'm looking forward to next week
zidane's child
Really enjoyed the show tonight. I like Fielding and Tovskig, but won't compare them to Mel and Sue. I'd agree with the points made about the ad breaks but no doubt I'll get use to it after the next few episodes. I could murder a cadbury's mini roll now though!
bob the tank
If you've watched reruns on the food channel it just looks the same with the add breaks

throbber
Steven looks like Dylan Mcgeouch
lichtie23
Sophie and Kate are absolute wids!Flo should have been punted this week instead of Chris. Hope the Scottish boy wins it. Anyone but Steven. Look at the smug p***k
Estragon
There's your champion. As cringeworthy as his tearful phonecall to his maw was, that chess set was unreal.
The Naitch
Aye, Steven has been the standout so far. An absolute wid too.
Zen Archer (Raconteur)
Some of the challenges are a bit extreme, they don't just use the ovens for baking. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-41218525
The Naitch
Absolute filth from Prue this week. That and the RuPaul's Drag Race reference has made my night.
The Naitch
Disappointed to see Flo go but it was her time. Steven produced another stunning showstopper but star baker rightly went to Julia who done well across all three challenges. Three weeks in and the ad breaks aren't annoying me nearly as much as they used to.
Fide
Flo = Frank McAvennie in Only An Excuse. Some set of wallies on the old cow.
