Chateau Lafite
There wasn't many applauding when the Big Cup got paraded alongside that pishy wee golf trophy at half time, the 40 year song scuppered that ! You really don't understand football and football rivalries. Every Dee applauded the Scottish Cup in recognition of the fact that you prevented our badly dressed neighbours from winning it,

Der Panzer
Saints were bad. Really bad. Dundee out St.Johnstoned us. Solid, professional and got the job done. They won't give many teams a doing but they will win plenty 1-0. Good to have you back in the big league boys, see you at Dens. Dundee were classy, kept the ball well and dictated play for most of the game. Is that really what what St. Johnstone usually do? Really? Is it? Didnae think so. dundeefc1783
Delighted with that win. Couldn't fault any of our players today thought they all had very good games. St Johnstone were poor but think some if that was down to us not allowing them To get into their stride. Special mention to Greg Stewart thought he was outstanding today and deserved the ovation he got when subbed.

Chateau Lafite
As usual a fair erudite and quality match report from Rumple. Didn't disagree with a word, http://www.dundeefc.co.uk/fixtures-and-results/st-johnstone-vs-dundee
G*DogDFC
Farmers better than us. Gonna pump us. Have more fans than us at a home game... Awkward. In Hartley we Trust.

I still think I would prefer him starting from the left for now, but he has huge potential considering he's just made the step up to full time recently. RandomGuy.
Dundee were classy, kept the ball well and dictated play for most of the game. Is that really what what St. Johnstone usually do? Really? Is it? Yes. Our midfield is the key to our game, today they were outfought, and outclassed, and once we lost that fight we were always fighting a battle to get momentum going forward. They looked terrified of leaving McGowan and Harkins unmarked so they sat deeper, which left it up to our wingers to support Graham, both wingers were brutal, we struggled to create chances. RawB93
Erm... Yes? Which is why we have finished above you for the last 6 seasons and counting. You can always console yourself with the fact that you're not bothered about losing against your fiercest rivals..
Jamie_B
Some Dundee fans slightly over egging it here. Well played today-and Harkins easily the best player on the park-but it was hardly like you were battering the door down threatening to run riot. A game of few, if any, real chances outside of Dundee's goal. No idea how we managed to concede that too-ball was in the air for an eternity and it looked for all the world that someone would have to get the ball away from the header that eventually sneaked in, Poor from us all round. Too many poor decisions in forward positions. Was like we were trying to play for Maclean up front when it was graham in there. Plenty of ball in wide positions just begging for a cross to be fired in from him to attack and we just abjectly failed to do that. Don't think we out in a decent cross in the first hour at all. O'Halloran is incredibly frustrating-all the pace and ability to beat players in the world by this final ball just isn't there. Always wants too many touches. Witherspoon not at the races and Morgan is an absolute impostor. He shouldn't be near the match day squad again.

We were professional, kept the ball well, scored one, created a few decent chances and restricted St J to no shots on goal. A good solid away win with some nice showboating from GGH at times too. We've played much better this season so not getting over excited about a routine away win. The best team won, the scoreline was a fair reflection of the game and we remain unbeatable. Not really, we've played worse than that and we'll only get better, games after the International break are a bit of a fucking jinx to us anyway. DensParkNumber1
Every single saints fan is gutted right now, dont worry lads atleast you have a drum Thught Dundee controlled the match without creating much more that a few chances including the goal, cant remember one good effort that forced Letheren into a save from Saints though. 10 points clear of St.Mirren and County after 6 games is a great start to the season. Chateau Lafite
Congratulations to Dundee on a well deserved victory. Appreciate your congratulations. I have to say that I thought we were pretty much in control everywhere, Letheren won't have broken sweat. The back four were solid, neat and organised, and indeed for the first 20 minutes Gary Irvine was outstanding breaking down the attacks. The midfield were quality again, with Harkins scaring the defence everytime he got the ball. Mcallister did his P&B sponsors proud giving once again all his energy and determination to the team cause. Roberts and Stewart also caused trouble. we wanted to win more than the Saints and it was a pleasure. Saints were a disappointment, creating very little, I thought Miller was good, but this cannot be the play that has made top six finishes.
