jamamafegan
The stadium has to have character. Nowadays owners seem to find it hard to make a bowl ground with character but it can be done very simply. You could have the main stand as the tallest stand, a steep kop style stand behind a goal with safe standing for the derry biys and a two tiered stand for the rest. Just mix it up a bit. Or do what Aberdeen are doing and go for a big almondvale.

Fifespud
What's the dimensions of 29 acres in metres? After a quick bit of research is it roughly 350 metres by 350 metres? 4840 square yards in an acre. Multiply by 29 = 140360Multiply by 0.9 = 126324 m^2Square root of this 355.42So a square with sides this length
johnnydun
How about this we put up 3 like the Avaya stadium in San Jose 18k capacity, however what to fill the empty side with?
johnnydun
This perhaps?

I presume Dens is currently half the size of the land bought up in Campy then.

After we sold off a bit of the TCK end it must be about 12.

It's a big skelp of land then when you consider the land behind the Derry, Coxy and Shankly only take Dens up to 12 acres
