The Master Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 Well that was enjoyable, even if it did look like we were poised to f**k it up when Killie got the goal back. 40 minutes of the first half were a non-event, then Boyle rattled the post before Stewart got the opener. Neat finish off the post. One-way traffic for most of the second half. Clarkson is a real find - I bet a lot of other teams will be regretting not giving him a deal now. Stayed calm and found the corner, with a finish similar to Stewart's last week. Credit to Scott Bain as well for making sure it stayed 2-1. And sealing a game while the opposition keeper is off up the other end of the pitch is always fantastic, even if Stewart did try his hardest not to score Onwards and upwards. However, the last time Dundee reached the final of the Scottish Cup, they beat Aberdeen in the 4th Round at Dens. I heard the Scottish League Cup and the English FA Cup third round (?) draws and they were painful listening. It's as if they were trying to be funny but being the opposite.
