Wilky1878
Seen that hfltv has had to withdraw and stop doing there service due to lack of help from the highland football league. Me being a keen follower of Scottish football am gutted as during the week or any spare time I had I used to enjoy watching there videos. Just wondering whats the opinion of highland league supporters?

HibeeJibee
Is it the same 'rights' issue that was all over the press some years ago - tried to ban a schoolboy from HL venues, IIRC?
welshbairn
Is it the same 'rights' issue that was all over the press some years ago - tried to ban a schoolboy from HL venues, IIRC? Different issue I think. Some thing about clubs wanting their own sponsors to get free advertising with no contribution to the costs. SHLFTV have done an amazingly professional job at promoting HL football, I'm gutted that they can't carry on. Poor cameraman looked like a sodden Yeti most games, frozen and dripping melted snow off the end of his nose, poor lad. Great post match interviews and editing too. Put the Beeb to shame. http://www.shfltv.tv/2014/12/final-whistle-blown-on-highland-league-broadcasts/

Just wondering whats the opinion of highland league supporters? The way they put on a phony Sky TV style accent and intonation was a bit grating, but sadly predictable that superannuated cretins in blazers would be causing problems behind the scenes. Officeholders at that sort of level are usually after power and control and fear/resent anything that is run at arm's length and takes the spotlight off themselves. welshbairn
This explains why they killed off the far superior service offered by SHFLTV. I'll give it a month before access is restricted to paying subscribers.
