Adolfo Rios
Worth noting that a qualifier has taken the second set from Nadal. Which of course has prompted an extra long toilet break from him. And the obligatory medical time out. It's taken away Smyczek's momentum.
throbber
This is reminding me of last years final when Nadal is clearly hurting and trying to pull himself through.

Yeah I'm talking about later in the competition Do they not claim the reason he is so injury prone now is because he was so top heavy and very hard on his knees from a young age? He was a fully developed man at about 18 IIRC. I remember reading articles claiming he was doping all along but chose not to believe
TheScarf
Standard from Nadal when he's losing. I really hope someone destroys him later in the tournament something like 2-0-1.

Mordecai
Nadals odds will get a lot longer after this and Murray will be 2nd favourite IMO Why Murray 2nd favourite? Is he currently 3rd favourite? I'd be surprised if Djokovic and Federer weren't ahead of him in the odds. ETA: Just checked the odds...Murray is already ahead of Nadal in the odds! Still behind Djokovic and Federer though.
