Ira Gaines
It stopped being lucky pretty early. Bournemouth just blatantly weren't good enough.
vikingTON
I didn't see any quality from Bournemouth to keep them up - they're not dreadful in any area of the park, but they have no cutting edge and their much-vaunted use of the ball was no better than a mediocre Aston Villa side... If they don't bring in a quality forward then they won't create and score enough goals to avoid relegation. ^^^ yet more, fact-based analysis

mrcat1990
Mourinho is getting far more patience than any Premier League manager has in recent years. I get he's got an exceptional cv, but that Chelsea squad should be top four minimum.

port-ton
If ever there was a time to rightfully leave your leg in and win a penalty that was it. Butland would have went right through him if he didn't make such an effort to get out of the way.
vikingTON
If you could get the likes of Matic, Hazard fit and on form again, sure. That problem doesn't fully boil down to the manager though; they've been a well-documented shambles since their late pre-season start. Given the international break coming up, the most logical time to make the change is now. It's still a pretty terrible market to find top managers though - it could be a temporary appointment until summer when the market will be a lot better. They could be hilariously awful throughout the season.
