SamuraiJock
I've done an excellent job of lowering expectations so far, but I don't think many would even gamble on me as an each-way bet at those odds. I'm hoping for a repeat of the last knockout round - 3/10 and my opponent doesn't turn up. A recipe for success!

killienick
La confidential picture was bugging me for a good 15 minutes, at 1st I thought it was Vince Vaughan and was like "swingers" but wait twister was out in 96. Usual suspects was a given aswell I was exactly the same. Thought it was swingers. I then went through the diminutive actors I knew, and since it wasn't Bob Hoskins or Joe Pesci it had to be DeVito. It wasn't a scene I remembered from LA Confidential though but then you realise he's talking to Spacey. Sneaky from Mr Albino.

SamuraiJock
Out of interest how do you decide if somebody gets 0.5 for an answer? For my 0.5 I'm guessing it was for half a name i.e. Frank not Frank Slade Glad I exited at this point as my lack of knowledge would only become more apparent! Albino Rover
Out of interest how do you decide if somebody gets 0.5 for an answer? For people's names I'll be looking for first and last names for full marks. I won't be fussy on spelling. For foreign films I'll accept either the English or the "local" title. This accounts for a large part of it- most half marks will be for half a name. But I try to adjudicate by common sense where appropriate and will reward other near-misses. Loki
I would assume I got half a mark for saying Deborah Carr instead of Deborah Kerr. I would get all three of those playoff answers correct.
