If they're still ahead of them at the end of the season then I'll accept they're a better side. Your argument suggests Leicester City are a better team than Manchester City, which is also not true. Ayr could be 7 points ahead of Peterhead after they have played their two games in hand over them. They've already won 2 more games than Peterhead have despite having played 2 games less.
