welshbairn
It wouldn't surprise me if it was going on with other Welsh Premier teams, the results have been unusually unpredictable this season. Used to make a few bob betting on it but I've given up.
parsforlife
When the amount of money being bet every match is so much more than what the players earn then temptation must be pretty high.

Surely no one playing football in Scotland would be stupid enough to bet against their own team using an account in their own name? How is Ian Black getting on these days anyway? HibeeJibee
Oddly enough they and Aberystwyth Town would have been the qualifiers for this season, had the mooted criteria applied . Interestingly, this isn't the first time Port Talbot have been linked with match fixing. There were questions over their match with Carmarthen in 2013-14; and in a trial of ex-WBA Delroy Facey (who was convicted) last year they were mentioned as a Welsh PL team he could "offer up". http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/27703896 http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/replay-delroy-facey-moses-swaibu-9035361

NE63 exile
I've just found out about this today. My mate and I had Port Talbot on our coupon to beat Rhyl that day. It was his pick on the day (and did our line on the day in question) and when we saw the score neither of us could believe it counting the form Rhyl had been in to win a game so convincingly.
