I'm an absolute sucker for CMs who love spraying the ball about too so watching him ragdoll someone then spray a pinpoint diagonal was just delicious. Kyle Posted July 11, 2023 Author Share Posted July 11, 2023 (edited) Second half team played in the way I think Maclean wants the first team to play. They had the legs and energy to get about the pitch and do it whereas I'm not sure the ones that started the game did (which is a bit worrying as only really McGowan, Considine and Carey could say it's not a good fit for them at this stage of their respective careers). A worrying first half but a really encouraging second I'd say. We certainly seem to have a good crop of young players all coming through together.
