We knew we needed a step up in quality this season and it looks like we've achieved this in several positions. I respect how we've got our signings in early and the way we've conducted business has been impressive. For all intents & purposes it was a training game, but still a good run out for a few lads. Was really impressed with Hodson & Windass. The interesting thing about his interview was that his team was deliberately set up to negate "Scotland's long ball game". Wee note to Gareth: Come to Ibrox when the league starts. MOH looks much improved from last season. McKay has stepped up even more. Defence is hard to judge.
