Plenty of Premiership experience but hasn't played much recently. Definitely a step up in quality and what would be required to challenge for the league. Would command a hefty salary though. Rangers were 39 points worse of than Celtic last season so to close the gap by 30 points you would have to be, at most, 9 points behind, therefore finishing on 105 points. If Celtic won all their games they'd have accumulated 114 points which would mean that The Rangers would have to win just about all the other 34 games accumulating a possible grand total of 102 points. The problem being are you that confident that your club will beat Aberdeen, Hearts, Hibs and St Johnstone 4 times in the league next season?
