Should there be any lights when on sleep mode?  All lights are off on mine and looks like it is 'off' even though I selected sleep mode

Sorry I have no idea, I keep the dock behind the telly and out of eyesight.  I plonk the switch in the dock and forget about it; I haven't had a problem with charge yet.

I dont think there are any lights on. I've just been putting it in the dock and pressing the power button on the top.

The joycons will charge whenever they are connected to the screen. Seemingly they draw power from the screen to charge.

Have you had any problems with the joycons having the dock behind the tv? Ive read of issues with them dropping connections due to interference. I've had a few occasions where they've basically become unresponsive for a few seconds.

A lot of people have complained online about the left joycon being weak, to the extent that Nintendo put out official guidance on it.

I initially had the dock behind but to the near side of the telly, so that I could still just about see it behind the TV panel, with me about 2m away from the TV.  No problems at all.  Then I used adhesive velcro to stick the dock flush at the back of the TV.  I got a de-sync as soon as I put the joycon in the grip, so I moved the dock back to where I originally had it and I haven't had any issue since.

Yeah, I saw that. I havent been getting de-syncs, at least I dont think so, it just becomes unresponsive for a couple of seconds. The lights are all still on, as if its still synced

Allegedly one in 5 switches have an issue severe enough to warrant the user reporting it to nintendo.

This is what happens when a company rushes out hardware.

Still absolutely seething.  Why does it matter so much to you?

I'm passionate about videogames and think the switch is a joke of a console. Id like to see it fail and think if it does it woll benefit games in the long term much like when sega stopped making hardware.

Christ

Get out a bit more, no-one should be this raging about a console that they have no interest in buying.

Sorry but its not for you to decide what subjects other people are intvested in. I'm sure you "rage" over subjects others would laugh off.

And you've spent the thread telling people how childish they are for liking something you don't.  You've addressed people as cucks, accused them of lacking reason or logic, labelled them (or at least one) "fucktards", advised that they're mentally deficient...that was just on one page.

So is it up to you and not me?  I'd just like to make sure I know the hierarchy.

And just to add, because I think it needs emphasised, this is over a games console.  I like to think I get this raging (which seems to be way past seething) about something, that something will matter a wee bit more than that.
