Intrusive Advertising

Anyone else being hammered by adverts which are just impossible to clear?  I get the need to make a coin but some of the stuff that's happening now is way beyond acceptable. There's a "Facebook" pop which just won't move and I'm needing to revisit my privacy settings as a matter of course. Really, really frustrating.

This morning got a full page pop up about sexual violence (and child porn ffs) on the mobile site, tried to close it by clicking the x three times and each time it opened a webpage on it. Sitting in work repeatedly having pages about child porn popping up isn't great.

There is adverts for #OMGB that appear as banners down either side of content, but intrude over and make the content unreadable.

This on work PC and seems improve in the afternoons (my work PC thinks it in Houston Texas not Aberdeen Scotland),

The advert seems to be killed when IT switches on in Houston.

Cannot use P&B in the mornings and have to work

There are intrusive ads running but these should be capped at 2-3 times per day per IP address.

If there are particular ads causing a problem please try and let us know the advert in question, and what platform you were browsing the site on when it caused a problem eg; Mobile, Tablet, Desktop etc....

The ads are a necessary part of the site, but shouldn't be causing usability issues.

On mobile it's very frustrating, almost every page comes up with a full page advert with a tiny x to close it. Clicked on the ad accidentally a few times trying to close it which leads to a new page opening up.
