Kejan
Cooncil elections today in most of England and the whole of NI. The English ones won't be that exciting, but the Norn Irish ones might be. Two years of stalement with SF and the DUP, will folk be voting for the likes of the SDLP, Alliance, UUP, Greens, People Before Profit etc or not? Does NI not start counting on the Friday? Not bad that, money for old rope and a two day holiday for some!

It's the first chance to vote since the Brexit omnishambles has played out . Just exactly how bad will it be for the so called big two will be worth a watch. If the Tories are routed there's going to be a lot of constituency associations apoplectic with May. Could be the end of her.

Not bad that, money for old rope and a two day holiday for some! By election in Dundee City Council as well. Was held by Labour. Would think that the SNP should win it. I've been chapped on my door twice today by the SNP and had a phone call from Shona Robison. They were round twice last week as well.
