Adolfo Rios
Some of the higher earners were asked to take a cut. But we are still paying players 3 figure sum wages.
Clyde soccer trendy
On the £60 a week rumour that I've apparently started [emoji102]..........I'm just going on what I was told by the guy who said Nicol was signing. I never said all the players were on £60.Same guy told me about Darren Miller joining us.No need for me to make up stuff [emoji1360]

WhiteCollarClyde
Nicol is exactly the type of signing we need to toughen up the middle of the park. Liked him during his first stint with us before injury. Seemed clever and good on and off the ball. Fingers crossed the signing of him and Grant are confirmed asap. Regardless of level I'd happily take a punt on a 30+ goal striker. Fingers crossed.
The_BullyWee
It's saying on the OS we have offered contracts to Linton & Quinn. Chapman is also saying recruitment will continue right until the end of August.
SLClyde
Hope Linton and Quinn both sign, but wouldn't be surprised if both left. Recruitment will be a slow process by the looks of it.
clyde_darren
Sounds like he wants Linton to take a pay cut. Hopefully he stays. Could be a massive player for next year if we keep him.

shawfield shed boy
As much as i.d like linton to stay i think we should be giving both players a deadline. Sign or leave. shawfield shed boy
Agreed. Dont think they.ll sign but then you look at DE who has signed for forfar and publicy looking for a PT job. Got to ask why he never took our offer and got a job. Shame but moving on

FREDDYFRY
I'm actually finding it hard to get my head around what is going on with us. We attract, if that is the correct term, a manager who on the face of it is in a pretty comfortable position with his club, sign a player who is in reality is quite literally be out of our league. Then seem to do complete opposite and seem unable to sign many others. What exactly did Chapman 1. Sign up to and 2. Attract him to want to come to us? Same applies to some extent to Goodwillie and Currie. Strange goings on to say the least. I'm totally list with what is going on.
