Lol, is anybody surprised that a question was asked about Glencairn's form and the first person to answer was a Cambuslang fan ? emoji23.png

To be fair, though, blue manalishi has given a pretty accurate assessment. It's obviously not the start we the start we wanted or expected, but we will be ok. We need to strengthen in a few areas and the gaffers are on the case in that regard, but we did play well yesterday for long periods. We were missing very important players in McGuire and our three strikers in Smith, McKay and Savarese.

There are 69 points to be played for, and we're only 4 points behind the automatic promotion spots. Nobody is panicking.

Got to be said absolutely horrendous display from us today, missing a few players but it was terrible to watch

Must've been alot of changes from last season looked alot younger side.

Our first half performance is the best we've played in along time.

Was expecting a tougher game always is when the teams meet but the our guys were excellent today.

A lot of changes is something of an understatement, only two of last seasons regulars in todays starting line up. Missing a few experienced players, David Waters, Gary Kelly, Franny Kelly still injured, they would have made a difference.

Three young players on loan from Clyde, have to say they don't impress me so far. Its going to be tough this season, no doubt of that, but have every faith in Chris and the others that they will get it right in time. They were left in a very bad position with no experienced players signed during the close season despite the previous management knowing that half of last years team were not coming back.

However Glencairn were by far the better team today and we really looked to have missed the boat with Gormley, an impressive debut by him and no doubt he will get a lot more goals.
