You know what, you're right. It's actually not that bad. I think I've just been manipulated into thinking that because there's usually one old regular a night who says it is and threatens to go to the nearby bowling club, but then never does. Absolute scenes when the price goes up by 5p a pint. Grub is indeed quite decent!

The bar staff are not bad as well. Ha I've heard a few Noam about the prices then going to bowling club but always come back!! The Perth road pubs are probably dearer. I like the Charlie bar as well. Big standard pub but few of my mates go in and you get a good laugh. Used to go in kettledrum as well but not been in for months now.

The Station Bar, Yoker but that's my local so I'm biased.  The Tenement in Partick is a good pub & if you want the full "Teuchter" experience the Park Bar is the place for you.

Didn't see the big deal with Frews when I was in before Tannadice. Decent for a pre match pub in that area I suppose.

Not being a complete fucking midden is enough to be decent around there so it's looked upon fondly.

If you put it anywhere else it would he an OK but utterly standard bar.

The DCA is an absolute 100% women's bar.
You can't get served due to folk getting cocktails that it takes their dim staff 5 minutes to make.
That said outside is decent on a sunny day.

It's also the place to avoid at end if term - full of thick primary teachers.

Duke's is awful.

Overpriced and full of pretentious wankers.

It's not really over priced is it? If they were serving pints of 70 it would be, it's craft beer.
