breakfast has been muesli everyday for the last 2 years. i need more adventure in my life!
after stating this just yesterday i have broken routine and have just had a bacon sandwich. was really dissapointing as had no rolls in so was made on warburtons toastie bread and that is just not the same.

I have been having a bowl of All bran followed by a banana for my breakfast for past few weeks. I usually have a smoothie when on the way to work which usually has a bit of protein powder in it so I’m always feeling great and full of energy at the start of my working day.

Cooked breakfast from my work canteen this morning - Lorne, fried egg, haggis, bacon, black pudding, French toast.

There's no danger that's French Toast.

Looks like two halves of white bread battered & deep fried.

My daily breakfast is...

1 Weetabix, or Shredded wheat, plus.

couple of desert spoons of muesli mixed with dry porridge oats

some blueberries on top, and a few slices of banana.

Couple of slices of toasted Vogel bread ( brilliant stuff ).

 

Except for Sunday...

which  is 2 crusty rolls.... bacon, griiled onion, mushrooms.
