Can confirm that the Auld Hag is absolutely class. Lovely pint, food is excellent and I've picked up some tattie scones for the morning.

Sorry chaps, it’ll only ever be the tall slim pint glass for me. Does it not get awfy warm/lose its head in a tankard?

A personal prejudice maybe but I always had tankards down as being for warm real ale or cider with bits of sediment and straw floating about in them.

I have found that in a tankard vs tall glass pint off that in both glasses are nucleated. The drink retains a frothy head and that they remain chilled.

With that said tankard pints seem to disappear quicker, think someone comes in and steals the beer 🤷‍♂️
