It's a Y/N/Y for me. Chopped pork and corned beef are outstanding

Corned beef is superb. Toss up between whether it's best on a sandwich with tomato, or on a sandwich with lashings of brown sauce.

Luncheon meat is also superb. Cheap and nasty, delicious on a buttered roll.

Chopped pork on a crispy roll with brown sauce OR with coleslaw. Class.

ETA the scummiest meat is very clearly Billy Bear meat.

Have deli sliced corned beef on a roll or a sandwich with cottage cheese and pineapple. Now before you immediately dismiss the idea, give it a go. An unlikely partnership I grant you that, but they really go well together.

Think the pecking order ( best to worst) is:  Corned beef, Spam, Chopped pork.

You need to relax, don't worry so much. They're all good, as are many others. You'll drop dead with the stress you put on yourself.
