Im afraid not, a quick google shows that gannonballs were no longer used at sea as artillery well before the 20th century. The IRA were formed well in to the 20th century. frankthetank22 Posted March 29, 2018 Share Posted March 29, 2018 We're quite lucky in the Highlands, the term IRA is used but it has nothing to do with any forgein army/terrorist group but rather one of the secondary schools in Inverness, Inverness Royal Academy. I'm not seeing it. @senorsoupe McCarey's f**k-ups aren't as "novelty gaffe DVD presented by second-rate comedian" as Fox's but they do exist. Mostly letting the ball go straight through him.
