Wonder if Arsenal or Aston Villa have a young midfielder that would add something to our team? Surely they would have been happy with the development of Kirk and we had a relationship with villa because sinisalo and young

Plot twist - the 3rd kit last season was a tribute to Villa and not Burnley.

Know how Murdoch got injured but how did Dempsey get injured ....and does anyone know what the injuries actually are and how long they will be out for??

Not sure how Dempsey got injured and the length of time is guesswork at this point, but the talk seems to be that Dempsey will be out anywhere between 2-4 months. Unsure about Murdoch.

One fucking Judas in the team is plenty.

Maybe if Scotland hadn’t fucked about then McGeady and McCarthy would’ve ended up playing for us.

Either way it’s an absolute minter to be upset about it.

It would be nice if Arsenal had a DM they wanted to develop tbh, even though he was good I was disappointed it was a defender we got from Arsenal 😂

When it initially happened and I was a child I probably thought similar about McGeady, but then I grew up and realised that nationality isn’t quite as easily defined for all of us.

McGeady’s Dad, despite being born in Scotland was raised as Irish by his father so it isn’t difficult to then imagine similar happening for Aiden himself.

You mean members of the public posted on here? I thought you were all AIs.

If you consider what the 'I' stands for then you will realise where you went wrong.

Aye, forget doing what every other c**t does who is close to International level. You know….like put your head down and work as hard as you can to constantly improve and be the best player you can possibly be in order to earn the privilege of being called up to represent your country if and when the time comes.

Nah, just turn your back on your country because you can’t be arsed waiting for a call up.

You're too angry about this.

Given McGeady represented Republic of Ireland from u15 level upwards you'll be delighted that he put his head down and worked hard being the best player he can be in order to earn that privilege rather than turning his back on them to represent Scotland.

Was he born and raised in Ireland? Is he Irish?
