ICT finished third and won the Scottish Cup - to have people being critical of that as his recruitment is apparently pish, is quite frankly laughable. Also got Falkirk promoted from this league, and maintained their place in the top league and redeemed himself last season, after an awful spell at Raith. He won the Scottish cup with Terry Butcher’s team (only 1 player in the match day squad was signed by Hughes) and the next season when tasked with building his own team he made an absolute fucking cunt of it.
