Seaside Sam Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Well done to both clubs for thinking outside the box! Not sure who suggested it but seems a good idea to me .
TheNauld Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 It was our chairman that put forward the idea, and well done to both clubs for getting the game on

Seaside Sam Posted May 27, 2018 Author Posted May 27, 2018 Should be a good turnout for this with a few neutrals may be even some Meadow fans will pop through! Great pity it could not have been yesterday as it would have resolved the final placing instead of having to wait.
Shanner Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 makes perfect sense at this time of year in particular when there's an outside chance of nice weather and no Super Sunday Sky pish to clash with it.
Viewparker Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 What would make perfect sense would be switching it to Largs so we can have a wee jolly at the seaside for our last junior fix of the season.
Ardenvohr6 Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Or you could go to Largs for the playoffs. Hopefully!
BeverleyHills Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Looking forward to this game on Sunday, expect decent crowd with good following from Largs confirmed. Sure there will be a few travelling from Irvine so hopefully good numbers cheering on the 'Nauld'.KO Ipm and Hat-trix will be open from 11am,forecast looking good and our new beer garden now operational. So if you're looking for some entertainment on Sunday get along to Guys Meadow.
TheNauld Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Just a point of note, we don’t charge kids admission to our home games, they get in free. I have made the Largs twitter aware of this as it was on there post that kids were £3.00 entry

I have made the Largs twitter aware of this as it was on there post that kids were £3.00 entry Personally think your club have shown right class here opening the bar etc and regardless of the outcome on Sunday my (already high) opinion of Cumbernauld* has been improved ETA* United, not the town
Seaside Sam Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 Looking forward to this one, should be a good crowd!
Tutankhamen Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 So if Largs win, Largs are up automatically and Troon and Irvine Meadow are in the playoffs?
glensmad Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 So if Largs win, Largs are up automatically and Troon and Irvine Meadow are in the playoffs? Correct
