Surprised, with all the referees being against Rangers, that McGregor didn't get sent off there.

What Rangers need is for Mike McCurry to come out of retirement to ref all their domestic games.  They would then be guaranteed a permanent advantage in all games.

What's the logic behind reducing the away allocation? Seems the epitome of cutting your nose off to spite your face.

Celtic reluctantly reciprocated because Rangers did it first; Rangers were spurred on to do something (as well as the inevitable statement) about Hibs cutting their allocation to same-as-everyone-else levels, but found that their Hibs allocation was so tiny that they couldn't cut ours any further. The only thing they could cut was Celtic's allocation (which was previously the subject of a grumbling campaign by fans, to be fair), so they did.

Rangers did it so they didn't have to give the whole stand behind the goal to Celtic anymore.

Celtic did it back.

Celtic could do with scoring soon, this is starting to have potential for a smash and grab 1-0 for Rangers.

They'll have to get up the park at one point for that to happen.
