It's an undertaker we need, not a new manager.

Agree we are expecting Clarke to resurecte a terminally ill patient, a far more radical approach accords the board at all levels required. Sadly I think the SFA are too myopic & shallow to do what's required therefore successive managers will shoulder the balm for their short comings and the circle will continue ...... #DestinationRockBottom

FFS. Aye that’s where the problem is....

Apparently  he's asking the sfa to install  a plastic pitch at  hampden, it might work if the SFA  have the baws to go for it

Berti Vogts

Walter Smith

Alex McLeish

George Burley

Craig Levein

Gordon Strachan

Steve Clarke

Either EVERY SINGLE ONE of these managers - who have all achieved success elsewhere in their careers - aren't very good, or there is a deeper problem in our game that prevents us from developing players good enough to compete at international level.

A manager is an easy scapegoat when the team isn't doing well, but if your house has no electricity then changing your lightbulbs won't solve your problem. You need to address the deeper issue.

Clarke surely has to go now. He's been shown up to be a complete fraud. The players don't seem to take him seriously.

Surprised you don't post on the Rangers threads, M8.  They are chock-full of utter arseholes making pointless posts.  You'd fit right in.

Saying Clarke should go is hilariously reactionary, but I did expect to see something a little different when he took charge. I don't think McLeish would have got much different results since he left, which is by no means praise.
