That sounds like the final piece of the jigsaw. A good hint on who is leaving? Excited again. Doesn't usually happy twice in one week at my age!

Think there may be more than 1 leaving to be fair. Not through choice just with the amount of players coming in. And being put so far out of the picture.

There is about 12 defenders in that as well.

Finnie, Foy, Jamieson, Little, Gibson, Grant, Summers, Clark, Morrison, Magee, J Grant, New left back.

I would imagine a few will go on loan to juniors to reduce squad size and allow them still to be paid.

Don't forget Jake Davidson.

It’s going to be tough for some of the lads. For all their years it’s been about playing up the ladder, great development structure etc. and then a week after signing professional they discover they’re just a pawn in the game.

Dunfermline site has Morrison as a central defender and recently sitting in front of the back four. Very similar to the role Davidson played last week.
Hes quite promising. He played really well against celtic. Would rather have him than Devine tbh.
Hope he gets some game time.

Unfair. No one's a pawn at all. Yes, it'll be tough on some of them, but if they're good enough, they'll be in the mix. We've voted for this; to be out of the dog fight at the bottom and hopefully challenging for the play offs.

Keep the faith.

By the law of arithmetic, they can’t all be good enough.

Did anyone get released or are you genuinely running with a Man City sized squad in League 2?

Inevitably, a number will move on. Not going to speculate on who, in case it's bollocks, but one of the names I heard was surprising and disappointing.
