These codes are deemed secure enough to use for plane tickets - if a bunch of roasters turn up at Glasgow airport all trying to get to Benidorm on one ticket, it wouldn't call their use into question. Once a QR code has been used the ticketing system will automatically reject the same code again. ^^^ Found-this-out-when-I-tried-it type post

Looks like the band of ***'s outside who forced the gates open only had about 510 million square kilometers of the earth left to move about in. Aye, but they all looked around and panic set in when they realised they were in Kilmarnock. Enough to set alarm bells ringing in the collective heads of any support.... some Sevconians were last seen running towards the nice bits of Troon and Prestwick to escape. It will be absolute carnage should Disabled Tramplers FC get an away cup tie at Morton. Sorry, Killie fans, only pulling your leg... I am fully aware that our stadium isn’t exactly in Monaco. TheScarf
Netting on the away section to stop Rangers and Celtic fans entering the pitch would be a step in the right direction. Also reducing their allocation, which should entice more Killie fans to come back.

Aberdeen have reduced the away section further after their behaviour last year so there is now a bigger gap between them and the fence separating fans. Hits us in the pocket but hopefully reduces the chance of a seat flying over and smacking one of our fans in the head.
Talbot supporter
Of course, but the majority were genuine fans with legit tickets. Families, old geezers etc I'm speaking first hand as my gf was working thereSo how did other people get their barcodes? Families and old geezers wouldn't send their codes about ?
kingjoey
The funniest thing about the Rangers statements and the Club 1872 statements is that they both lie about the “crush” outside and that the gates were broken open to alleviate said”crush”. It’s as if nobody from Rangers has actually watched the video from outside the ground which shows the group of Rangers fans outside the turnstiles, with the gate forced open to their right and totally in the open beside the massive open concourse that is outside the away end at Rugby Park. To get through the burst open gate the fans outside the turnstiles have to go into the open space and then through the gate. If there was an actual crush they could have just taken a few paces to their right and they would have been fine.

killiemilan
Hope every one of them is caught and charged!Apparently the clowns on FF don't seem to think the offenders have done anything wrong at all? They really do seem to think they are hard done by-incredible! I cannot many of their own will grass them in but hopefully there will be plenty law abiding citizens who know who these eejits are. I would also hope the police will demand the details from rangers of all the individuals they sold tickets too.
