LIVIFOREVER
Gutting for us to have 2 points snatched away so late in the game, but the overall results were better for us than St Johnstone and Killie, that's a game less left to play and we're still 6 points clear, plus a good GD. A draw again on Sat should be enough to see Off St Johnstone, going to be a tough game though. Edited March 5, 2020 by LIVIFOREVER

Motherwell 12 clear, and Aberdeen 9 clear, and Kilmarnock can only gain 12 points now. Cant see either being overtaken by 3 of the 4 below them, so both safe in the top half. Livingston probably are aswell now.
Radford
Our goal difference effectively means we are a point further back. We didn't have much margin for error so last night was a bit of a disaster but it's not what we do in these few weeks that will cost us a spot, it will have been the first round of fixtures. When you consider that our final two games will be away to the Old Firm, we'll need our points on the board after the fixture against Accies. Anything but a win on Saturday and we won't catch Livingston. And if we fail to win that and Hibs get something at Pittodrie, we won't catch them either. And that's before you look at Killie. The one blessing of our GD is we won't be in a situation where we go to Ibrox for the game in hand after everyone else has played 33 games and need to avoid losing by two or three goals or something. That'd be worse than needing points!
Afro
Big win for St Johnstone today, and a horrendous result for Killie. Top six is getting tasty now. Big ask for us now but I would say two wins in our two forthcoming games at the Macarena should see us there. Hearts obviously resurgent (relatively speaking) and Aberdeen are the only side we haven’t beat at home since our return to the top flight. Hopefully meaning we’re heading to Kilmarnock in the last game of the split home and hosed...
RandomGuy.
As said, St Johnstone win the big game. Kilmarnock and Hibernian falter... Now very, very, tight. Kilmarnock now outsiders, and St Johnstones GD still handicaps them. Another week, another face off, this time in Edinburgh as Hibernian host St Johnstone. Massive game anyway, with Kilmarnock and Livingston facing the bottom two sides.

welldaft
So 3 points in the bag then. St Johnstone deserve credit for even making this a race for top 6. Hibs or Killie we’re favourites a while back with Hibs odds on favourites at that. Edit to add - hey RG where is our official acknowledgment/ recognition for actually confirming our place in the top 6. Poor form imho... We're being bumped into seventh place because the Saints get awarded 1.24 points for a game that they didn't even play - against Rangers? That's absurd! It's plainly not fair. It's a disgrace! This is corruption that goes right at the heart of Scottish football and the shady unseen hand of Stuart Cosgrove and the National Farmers Union. Hibs fans should boycott all away games, and ask the Football Association of Ireland to see if they'll have us, and demand the SFA launches a fully independent Inquiry into Sporting Integrity under Rod Petrie to consider reconstructing the league point scoring system (4 points for a win?) so that these sorts of outrages can never happen again. Zing.
What a club club we are. Prepared to drop down the league and lose out on a good bit of cash for the greater good.
Jamie_B
You'd surely want to finish in the bottom half this season anyway. Now you can claim you were the team that relegated Hearts.

Hibs missing out on the top half to St Johnstone at the last moment, and then having a relegation party when they play Hearts after the split sounds like fun...
Johnstoun
If we're relegating Hearts on the evidence that past performance = future performance we've got to assume ICT would hump Hibs in the playoff after a calamitous end of season collapse.
